Not sure of your size? Follow the steps below — it takes less than two minutes and makes all the difference in comfort and support.
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your band size.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level and not too tight. Round to the nearest whole number.
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. The difference in inches gives you your cup size:
| Difference (inches) | Cup Size |
|---|---|
| Less than 1" | AA |
| 1" | A |
| 2" | B |
| 3" | C |
| 4" | D |
| 5" | DD / E |
| 6" | DDD / F |
| Band Measurement (in) | Band Size |
|---|---|
| 28-29 | 30 |
| 30-31 | 32 |
| 32-33 | 34 |
| 34-35 | 36 |
| 36-37 | 38 |
| 38-39 | 40 |
| 40-41 | 42 |
| 42-43 | 44 |
Band rides up your back? Try a smaller band size and a larger cup (e.g. 34B → 32C — same cup volume, snugger band).
Cups are wrinkling or gaping? Your cup size may be too large — size down.
Underwire digs in at the sides? Your band or cup is likely too small — try sizing up.
Straps digging into shoulders? The band is doing too little work — tighten the band rather than the straps.
Every body is different, and sizing can vary slightly between styles. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. For further help, reach out to our support team before you order — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
