Step 1: Measure Your Band

Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your band size.

Step 2: Measure Your Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level and not too tight. Round to the nearest whole number.

Step 3: Find Your Cup Size

Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. The difference in inches gives you your cup size:

Fit Troubleshooting

Band rides up your back? Try a smaller band size and a larger cup (e.g. 34B → 32C — same cup volume, snugger band).

Cups are wrinkling or gaping? Your cup size may be too large — size down.

Underwire digs in at the sides? Your band or cup is likely too small — try sizing up.

Straps digging into shoulders? The band is doing too little work — tighten the band rather than the straps.
